Be careful.. this stuff will clean your insides literally with no chance to make it to the bathroom .

I tried one can and the the rest the 12 pack sitting here because I'm scared 😆

I second this. They are effectively a fiber bomb with 33% daily fiber in a single can. Some flavors have marshmallow root and slippery elm bark in them which turn your colon into a slip n slide.

Didn't do anything for me, so depends on person to person. I even tried 2 in a day

Sir I ain't never felt this way like I was old and needed depends ever before in my life 😂 .. most especially since it was a work day was why I was issuing a warning to new ppl trying this for the first time.

If it can affect me it can also have that affect on others as well period .

18g of fiber is far from the daily fiber you should be getting. Unless you weight 50lbs
