I would never buy another one of these from them. I had an earlier model, and their app to customize controls just didn't work for the newest version of Android. I contacted support and they said they were working on it and I could expect a working version in the next few months. That was years ago, they didn't update the app in any way for over a year, and I moved on. It looks like now they have a new app, and the old one isn't even used anymore, but you're on your own with them as far as support.
