For most items, AliExpress is either shipping from US warehouses (tariffs already paid) or the tariffs surcharge is included in the price. Take a look when you check out.

I was wondering this too. If it's compatible with Switch and Android, it should be able to function in XInput mode which should be compatible with Fire TV devices.

it has bluetooth capability so I believe you can connect and use it with Fire TV devices

I received an AliExpress shipment from China today, no issues or surprise tariffs

That being said, this is a US shipped item, so tariffs would have been tacked on long ago.

Amazon Fire is just a (barely) custom version of Android, these work with Android so I would be highly surprised if they didn't work flawlessly with Amazon Devices

I bought one of these controllers recently and like it. Hard to beat how good it is for the price. The ABXY layout is a little annoying. To add to this - I tried opening up the controller and the buttons can't be swapped around to get back to the normal Nintendo layout.
