About this Movie:
  • Sublime, grotesque and visually ravishing, Tarsem Singh's debut feature delivers on the extraordinary artistry of his work in music video and commercials as it takes the audience on a journey through the bizarre worlds inside the mind of a killer. When serial murderer Carl Stargher (Vincent D'Onofrio) falls into a coma with his latest victim still trapped in an unknown location and waiting to die, the FBI turn to psychologist Catherine Deane (Jennifer Lopez) for help. Using an experimental technology she enters the dark dreamscape of Stargher's mind, attempting to learn his secrets before it's too late. But his unconscious is a twisted nightmare, a labyrinth that threatens to trap her inside his terrifying world forever. To save a life, she'll have to risk her own. With a script by Mark Protosevich (I Am Legend), and a supporting cast that includes Vince Vaughn (Brawl in Cell Block 99) and Marianne Jean-Baptiste (In Fabric), The Cell is a gripping, edge-of-the-seat thriller, filled with jaw-dropping imagery that will entrance and unsettle in equal measure.

Here's a good video detailing the error but most copies if you order now are the V2 release.
I got mine and its the corrected version.

Quote from Slikku :
Early Arrow 4K discs had an error on them, you can get a replacement if whatever you received isn't the corrected disc. Corrected disc will have a "A-V2" note on the front of the disc along the edge, the left foot of blue figure will be pointing at it.

I believe one of the editions replays a scene mistakenly, something like that. The V2 disc has it corrected.

Thank you both for this detailed information. My only question.. is there any way to tell if these discs are affected, without having to open the factory seal?

I just got my 4K copy from Walmart today and it is the new V2 disc and everything plays as it should. Verified the scenes after the 15:15 Mark
In response to @slickdealforyou I don't believe there is any way to tell without looking directly at the disc but obviously once you open it if it's not the correct one you can just reach out to arrow video and get a replacement
