Yes, they are refurbished. But I have bought numerous items from Corsair's "Revival Series", and they do not look or perform like Refurbished devices. All of them come in practically like new condition if not Excellent condition. From keyboards, mice, and headsets - all of them are still in good condition and I have had no buyer's remorse. None of them have had any issues with iCUE, other than iCUE being iCUE. None of the keyboards I have bought have had any nicks or dings on them either. Honestly, I think it is a hidden gem for anybody who likes Corsair but don't want to pay the full price for the item. Give it a shot, I think you'll be thoroughly surprised and will likely continue to buy from the "Revival Series" page.
