What's wrong with Ecobee? Honeywell is not known to make good thermostats

I had 2 Honeywell smart Wi-Fi thermostats on a previous home I owned and they worked great, but I'm not sure what model they were. Are these Wi-Fi thermostats any good?

I been using this specific thermostat for over 5 years i love it and wouldn't use anything else and i used to have the nest 3rd gen this is nicer and easier to use and has a solid app

Had one of these installed plus two sensors for a unit this summer. Love the balancing feature where it takes the two temperatures from different rooms to balance the house while allowing you to prioritize the room that you're in

Price shows $209 but then under 'change store' I see this: "This item isn't eligible for online order Pickup, but it is on Clearance at Wisconsin. While supplies last.
