I used an AMEX card and it went through. I was reading other posts in this thread and it said certain credit cards don't work, not sure if Citibank was one of those, but I know Chase cards apparently don't work.
Yeah I figured out what was wrong, I used the desktop site instead of the app on Nike, my Citibank card worked no problem.

That's weird considering the terms seem to indicate that you can't repay a pay in 4 with a credit card.

Is paypal credit the same? This is the only option I see to pay "later" with Paypal.

I have a paypal credit card & business account.
No, it's not the same. I had to chat with CS and they said Pay in 4 is not offered to businesses accounts that have received a payment within the last 6 months. I went ahead and opened another paypal account with a new email address as a personal account and after linking a bank account and my amex card I had the option to pay in 4.

How long did you have to wait between purchases? I'm assuming two different loan approvals same Paypal account?

I'm trying in the app and it doesn't work, does it have to be on desktop mode to work?
Do you see the option where it says "Remember my PayPal account details" before adding the PayPal account at checkout? That has to be uncheck for it to come up. I tried it and it works on the app and on the website for me.

Weird that they are very explicit about it only working up to $1,250 not only per purchase, but also per person, yet pending points is not reflecting that at all.

Pretty much everything involved in "cash back" transactions other than BOA works for insurance related transactions. I know all Chase credit cards and PayPal work. BOA is the only one that explicitly states its cash back will not work/code with insurance transactions. (I have 5 Chase CC's and 2 BOA CC's and know this first hand).
