Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

I am confused . I am trying to work this deal on eBay - I see 2 options in Checkout - PayPal and PayPal Credit. If I select PayPal, it charges me right away, should I select PayPal Credit then? There is no PayPal in 4 option
Delete your PayPal from eBay on PayPal's website. Then add it again during checkout, you should see Pay in 4 now

Not sure if someone have this experience, I made a purchase with P4 where I see 20% pending the points pending, but yet on a later purchase somewhere else there is no such language in the P4 order details and no 20% points pending

On the joinhoney's rewards history page however, it is showing up there but without a "Pending" next to it

I just made 3 (not very large) purchases using Pay in 4 and can confirm the points pending to be 20% of value

But now suddenly for a 4th purchase, it's showing Pay Later as unavailable !???

Anyone know how long it takes on average to receive points? Mine is saying within 90 days which is a pretty long wait time. If i pay it off early, would it give me the points quicker?

bought a ps5 pro from bestbuy using this. was in the market for a while. 16200 points pending atm. so that's effectively 162$ off the ps5 pro.
were you able to pay with "pay in 4" to avoid interest charges?
thank you in advance

I now see when trying to buy something over $1500, that this offer is for $30 - $1500 on one checkout. So stay in that range.

I looked through the terms but can't quite figure it out. Is $250 the maximum cash back you can get per account?
I made multiple transactions and I'm at roughly 1000/1500 available credit. I got the pending points for all of my transactions. If I pay them off early to free up credit, can I keep going assuming the global cap is still available?

Anyone who order from Target shows their pending points? It was showing pending before but it no longer shows now the order is shipped and delivered.

Don't let others get under your skin. Someone is gonna get blamed if it's one or the other way. Then others are gonna blame that they didn't get the points cause it's all been distributed. 1.5bil points ain't that much anyways. It's 60,000 in minimum transactions or participants if everyone buy at the max. This offer might already been dead. With SD effect, it gotta have been reached already in this 3-4 days
The terms say the offer will end early if they hit the limit. If the offer is still in accounts they haven't used up the 1.5B points yet. (1.5B points is $15M. At 20% that means $75M in spending by eligible participants would exhaust the points.) There might be a short window between when the points run out run out and when it disappears from accounts. And not that my opinion matters but I read the terms as only having a per-purchase cap, not a per-participant cap. Wish I had more things to buy with this sweet discount.

Those with Platinum have a deal where they get $200 credit for purchase at Oura. So I did my 4 pmts with Oura but not sure if it will trigger the Amex credit. I see the pending points for the Paypal points
The charges are hitting my card as PayPal. Not as the merchant.

What do you mean? It's not mentioned in the terms
Chase do not allow pay in 4 payments with their credit card because they have their own. Of all the credit cards I have, Discover and BILT allows it for me.
