11/26/2025 10:28am PST Update: This is now limited to ONE transaction, with 20% rewards back up to $1,250. Paypal email memo notes that the promotion for spend on multiple transactions prior to the notification will be honored.
Walmart:
1) you have to make sure Paypal is not a saved method of payment in your wallet. If so, go into your account and remove it
2) When you are in checkout, uncheck the box that says Remember Paypal as a payment option.

As fas as PP 20%, it says Pending and says they should show up in 90 days. Waiting begins!!!
Credit card rewards for specific merchants I would think are skechy as Paypal is not reporting the merchant in the transaction name for the loan installments
