Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

Yes, look in your PayPal account, there is an approval limit. Mine is $3100.00
Where specifically can the limit be found on the website?

I made a $537 purchase last week, first payment has gone through, and I'm only showing 5373 points in pending rewards. Shouldn't I be seeing twice that amount if I were receiving 20% back?

Ugh, I went to purchase a TV through LG and tried using PayPal monthly when checking out. It threw an error on LG's site, but the transaction showed up in PP. Today, the transaction was cancelled, but when I go back to try again, neither the ay in 4 or Pay Monthly option is available. PP Customer Service says my account is fine, but I guess I'm out of luck?

Am I misunderstanding then? 5373 points equals $53.73 in cashback, or only 10% of my purchase, right?

You should be seeing $107 pending. Maybe cancel that purchase and try again?

Does this work with certain retailers or can i just use pay in 4 on any store when checking out?
Before I made my first Pay in 4 purchase, I noticed some retailers do not have the option. For example I was looking at Wellbots and the only options via Paypal checkout appear to be pay in full or Paypal Credit. I then successfully used Pay in 4 at Hifiman.

Yeah something seems off, that's only 10%. My purchase was $970 and I see 19,000 points pending

Unfortunately I can't do that because the purchase was for airline tickets, and the price has gone up for those tickets.

The total purchase was $537, split between two tickets. I just logged into my Paypal account on my desktop and I see that there are two transactions from United for equal amounts. Only one of them received points, so the 5373 points is 20% of one ticket (or one half of the total purchase).

Now how do I get this resolved...

Did you save the offer in Reward tab first?
