Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

Before the purchase, how do we know if we are getting the points?

Dangit this would have been perfect with the S25 Ultra I just ordered.. is this only for pay in 4 or is there a 12 month 0% interest pay later?
I ordered the S25 Ultra few days ago, I used the deal to order another one, and I'll return the other one

For anyone having problems getting the Pay-in-4 to show up (for Walmart at least):

1) you have to make sure Paypal is not a saved method of payment in your wallet. If so, go into your account and remove it
2) When you are in checkout, uncheck the box that says Remember Paypal as a payment option.

I was getting frustrated because when I selected Paypal it was only letting me choose my bank account, credit card, or Credit through Paypal. It wasn't until I unchecked Remember this Payment that Pay-in-4 showed up as an option for me

After you complete your purchase, you will see the pending points under Activity (100 points per $1) along with the first 25% of the purchase already taken out

My Pay in 4 or pay monthly has never returned since my initial rejections. All Paypal will say is that it will come back and it hasn't so i haven't been able to take advantage of this.

With how much traction this has gotten, seems like we'll certainly hit 1.5 billion point cap before 12/8, it's only 60,000 $1,250 transactions to max it out, I wonder how we'll know all the points have been used.

Does it take time? I did the Pay in 4 from Target and got an order confirmation. The first charge hit my Discover card. But no email pending points. I did activate the offer in my account.

So the 20% reward shows up as saved on paypal.com, i purchased from best buy, pay in 4, approved, 1st amount already taken from bank. Yet, i see this text on the paypal receipt email "Next time, you could get 20% cash back". HUH? I don't see any rewards points on paypal.com. How long does it normally take?

Does anyone have actual confirmation on if it's 250 total or per transaction? I have made two transactions one for 1500 and have 320 in points pending and one for 500 and have 108 in points pending. So it seems it's not capped or no limit on the 1250.
