11/26/2025 10:28am PST Update: This is now limited to ONE transaction, with 20% rewards back up to $1,250. Paypal email memo notes that the promotion for spend on multiple transactions prior to the notification will be honored.
Walmart:
1) you have to make sure Paypal is not a saved method of payment in your wallet. If so, go into your account and remove it
2) When you are in checkout, uncheck the box that says Remember Paypal as a payment option.

On my account that I maxed to $1250, it clearly shows me that - "Congratulations. You did it" on the offer that is now updated to "One Pay Later Purchase". It also has the green bar indicating its fulfilled.
On my wife's account that did not reach this limit, I still have the One Pay Later so I am expecting it to have the remainder purchased and fulfilled.

For some who did the same thing, the option has come back after a period of time but this close to the end of the promotion you likely killed your chances of using it. Bummer.

When I meant later, I meant more like the moment I got approved I literally proceeded but then it stopped me. But based on what you're saying I lucked out meh.

However, I am seeing the Shop Now button on the offer page that's saved in my Rewards. Does that mean I havent been approved yet? Of if I'm seeing the Payin4 option on BB.com that this offer will convert? thanks!

Anyone know why this is happening? I don't have anything unusual in paypal. Good credit score, no loans or other issues.
