I would not count on it being correct, but I heard a commercial on the radio today advertizing the 20% cash back through 12/7, whicih matches my email, but not the 12/3 people are posting.
Mine says 12/8 but was gone for me this morning when I went to buy.

haters will say it's fake. But this reinforces what I've been trying to teach angry kenny ---- phone calls don't matter in this dojo. Strike first, strike hard is the only rule that matters. I hit the promo HARD after this.

I want to buy an ebike and use pay in 4 as an option. However, I never saw the deal in my paypal account so I wasn't able to save it.

Any chance I could still get the points in my account?? This would be my first pay in 4 purchase.

Read what I wrote again. I know all of the history of what happened. Whether you disagreed, or thought that they might change the terms in the future, the fact is that at the time, everything he said was correct. If you said af fhe time "they won't honor this" or "they'll change it", then ok (I have no idea what you said), but saying he was wrong is...wrong.
I was correct though so I rest my case. The numerous downvotes on your comments confirms it too lol

Just thought I'd add a few data points here...

11/19 - I made a $982 purchase and 19,645 points were added. I was able to cash those in for $196 on 12/1.
11/23 - I made a $1,135 purchase and 22705 points were added. I cashed those in for $227 on 12/4.
11/26 - I made a $1,019 purchase but no points were ever added. I made the purchase at 5am (well before the terms were changed) so I contacted support, but they just gave me the runaround with vague canned responses until I asked them to escalate. I'm going to keep pushing on this one though since they're trying to apply their new terms retroactively.

Can also confirm that I am receiving points over the supposed $250 cap. Strangely my purchase that brought me over that "cap" was shaved off by a thousand points or so to get to exactly $250. But now the rest of my points are paying out.

I agreed (and still do) that he shouldn't be acting like his opinion was fact - but you keep coming back to try and dunk on him when it seemed like the extra points weren't going to post. Turns out, he was actually right. There's been no changing sides on my end, but I sure am enjoying watching people eat crow.

Purchase made 11/24 at Best Buy, 19,000 points just loaded today.

Purchase made after the changes still shows correct amount of pending points.

It worked! Truly slick.

Another of my pre-email modification point purchases cleared this morning, pushing me past the $250 limit. Still have a lot more transactions pending, so hopefully they all clear in the coming days. Screenshot for proof.

To anyone getting mad at this - you must be new here. This is a classic slick deals situation. Some people got in on it, not everyone though. Take the L and move on.

I, however, am happy when anyone else in this world benefits. Does it negatively affect me if they save money and are happy? Absolutely not.

Smile more people. Life is too short.

I joined the party too late (when the limit was reduced to 1 transaction) and have the points pending. I still see that as a W as opposed to an L. Love seeing the screenshots of people getting multiples. Fark PayPal!
