Avoid Aliexpress via Paypal. All, yes ALL, transactions are being processed by Paypal as cash advance! Resulting in Credit Card Issuer inflicting a cash advance transaction fee + accrual of daily interest as high as 28% APR! No way to resolve and all three companies (CC, AE & Paypal) will circle jerk the finger pointing of who is responsible with no solution. Reddit is exploding with many customers getting hit with these fees in the tune of 10's and even 100's of dollars. Avoid!!!

Paying the balance early in Pay Monthly won't violate the terms.

Remove your PayPal account from eBay payment first. Now after making a purchase, it will redirect you to PayPal, pick 'pay in 4' from there.

this is taking too long. I know it says 90 days. But over a month and the other 5 transactions are still pending. Only 1 managed to get through. I ended up returning the monitor back to newegg because of this. Bought it from amazon for $40 less anyway.

I made a $1200+ purchase a month ago and the text "rewards pending" showed up after the purchase and then disappeared. According to Paypal customer service, the points would show up in 30 days. Sure enough, today points showed up...but only 153 points. Looks like another email to customer service is in my future. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My transaction of Nov 20th rewards points are still pending.
It's been more than a month now. Does anyone know if they will ever credit these points?

What exactly does that mean? You still had points left that were pending after other previous points already went live and so you emailed PayPal and they triggered them and now your remaining point have gone live as well?

I sent them an email a week ago and haven't received a response. How long did it take for them to reply to your email?
