I bought it but not sure if I got the 4k version. I used the Buy button on the main page for the movie in Apple TV but then scrolled down and saw the How to Watch section and there are three buttons: the first one says "Resume" which means I bought it, the second says "Buy" with a 4k badge, and the third says "Rent". Why is the second button still enabled for purchase if I just bought the 4k version? Anyone else have this issue?

The second box ended up being the Japanese language version. I bought it and then the first two boxes collapsed into one that said "Resume" with little text "2 versions". When you tap it, you get a new screen with English and Japanese versions each with a play button. Apple really needs to improve their UI design, they seem to prefer minimalism even if it makes their UI more confusing because things are not properly labelled.

That's not possible. When Apple carries something in 4K, you can't buy a lower version of it. Both the Japanese and English versions are in 4K.
