Which is better? A klein tools multimeter that is true RMS or a fluke multimeter that is not?
If you are using it for DC voltage 99% of the time like me...you don't need TrueRMS. If you are using it for more AC voltage work, TrueRMS is better. However, the quality of a Fluke also can't be overlooked.
