So 24 hr battery is only plus of getting an 11 over a 10????
The Apple Watch Series 10 introduced trend-based blood pressure tracking but not direct readings, while the Series 11 added hypertension detection and background blood pressure alerts, making it the first Apple Watch to actively notify users of suspected high blood pressure patterns

This is not exclusive to series 11. These are software updates that will roll out to series 10 as well.

Also the screen has a layer of coating that makes it more durable and scratch resistant than series 10. Those 2 features alone aren't enough. But if you buy used - like new on Amazon, you can get the series 11 for lime 280. At that price it might be worth it considering the used - like new series 10 is like 240. Better battery life and better screen resistance justify the 40 or 50 extra for me. Battery life increases by 30%. That being said, if you already have the series 10, then no, don't upgrade.
