I had this step up platform, and while I upgraded it, when I dropped about 50 pounds in over 7 months with regular training, this was a staple on leg days. Started 213 pounds, went down to 162, and I would use this step to do reverse lunges with 35 pound dumbbells in each hand, calf raises body weight and then with bar, and it held up very well. Good deal!
