Great deal. CPU is $180-$200 most places, and mobo is $120-$140.
Makes the high price of RAM more palatable.
I may do this instead of upgrading my AM4 chip as 5700x is $170 by itself.

I'm also wondering about the $155 3060. My fb MP here in NorCal seems to have a ton of decent ram deals. Ive never built a pc and am looking to do a diy steam machine for my living room. Is 16gb of ddr4 3600 cl 18 good enough for that ?

At Zotac's online store. I just put in an order for a refurb 12gb 3060 for $155.
