8 bitdo is legit. I don't own this specific one but a wired one. No stick drift in a year unlike expensive Xbox controllers. I will NEVER buy another controller that doest use hall sticks.
Gamesir is another excellent option. I own one on my primary rig for shooter games like CoD/Battlefield. Both GS and 8 bit are best controllers under $50 mainly as they use hall sticks (and gamesir has software support for more custom features).

What's the difference between this and the Bluetooth one? Is this dongle only?
This controller can connect via Bluetooth or dongle. The Bluetooth version is basically the Switch version (even though it also works on PC); it has Nintendo's button designations instead of the usual Xbox style buttons (in other words, A/B and X/Y are swapped).

Both versions work with PC (though the Wireless edition is the better choice for PC imo). Neither work on Xbox, though there is a separate Xbox edition that works on Xbox and PC.
Great controller. This has been my go to PC controller. Narely edges my DualSense, though if the game supports DualSense features, I usually still use it.

If it doesn't specifically say Bluetooth in the title, it's most likely dongle only.
Had to return a similar one because i thought wireless meant bluetooth, nope.

I would have thought so too, but it supports Android (and iOS I think) so I would assume Bluetooth is there.
Trigger buttons on this have design flaw. The slot shaped plastic is pushing the rubber membrane switch when pressed and likely to "split" the membrane, which will reduce the useable range of the trigger buttons.
