I just purchased 4 Michelin tires from Discount Tire and they took the $80 Michelin rebate off, even though Discount Tire is excluded. I think Costco and Sam's is excluded too. It appears they are discounting not to lose business to competitors eligible for the rebate. Still wickedly expensive but every little bit helps!

Seems like Costco is the cheapest with free installation, 5 year warranty and lifetime repair service and free rotation and they take off $80 from the total cost.
