TD both for limited usability of, and for not even mentioning the promo codes expiration date of 12/15/25. So only good for 3 weeks or less.
You sure you're going to use it in the next two weeks or so fine, but not everyone will.
The portions have become comically small... one has to buy 2 meals now to get fed.
I think it depends on the location. I always order in person but the 2 locations near me still seem to give about the same amount for as long as I can remember. A single protein bowl is enough for me to share with wife for lunch and a chicken bowl is $8.95 in my area. There aren't too many options to feed 2 people lunch with decent food outside the house for that price these days.

How much do you eat? 😀
I have the reverse problem - order two burrito bowls shared between 3 people and I can't still finish mine. Don't know if it matters - I order it in person.
I love their food but have grown to hate them as a company.
When I indulge there I order in person and try to engage with the employees.
Little things like smiling and asking them how their day makes a big difference.
Ordering two proteins will also usually get you more if you order in person.

Perhaps it depends on the location. I am in NYC and only eat their quesadilla which has to be ordered online.
FYI, Qdoba (which I personally think is better as the price is similar for a bowl and you get free guac and chips) also has the same deal except their deal is active now and expires on 12/31/25.

I suspect that NYC is a whole different world. I was in one of the suburbs there as a tourist - the price was much higher than what I am used to. They refused to give extra salsa in a cup which I have no problem with elsewhere. And it was crowded as heck.
But redeeming my points there was great since I received a higher dollar value for the same number of points.
