This is an ok deal.

A far better deal is Series 10 42 mm GPS + Cellular from Walmart for the same price.

The only benefit I'm seeing that the SE 3 has over the S10 is 5G cellular, which the S10 does not have. I read that the SE 3 does not support on-screen keyboard, which the S10 supports. Is there any other benefit the SE 3 might have over the S10? Otherwise, I'm inclined to agree that the S10 for the same price is a much better deal.

Agree that SE3 supports 5G, and S10 is still on LTE. I missed it.

Make sure your carrier can activate the apple watch with 5G, especially if you're on a MVNO plan, last I check US mobile can't activate them. Hope situation has changed for the better.

Maybe for the advanced health features, but you will give up the faster chip and 5g support in the SE3. I'm upgrading from the series 6 and never really used the health stuff, so probably going with the SE3 this time now that it got so many other upgrades. SE3 will likely have a longer life than series 10.
