You can place an online order using PayPal for in-store pickup with an in-store trade-in. You get charged the full price immediately (or the 1st installment of pay-in-4), and get a rebate for the value of the trade-in.

You most likely 'should' based on terms and conditions, but could be a ymmv situation based on how the refund is processed? This is already a wild deal, but combined with the 20% paypal deal it's insane. Do the points show as pending immediately upon purchase? Also did it mention the 20% when you chose pay in 4? I just see the pay in 4 option with the payment amounts, no mention of 20% back. Just want to confirm.

That is correct! However, I haven't used Paypal all that often either and was denied after the soft-pull check (even though I have great credit). YMMV in obtaining that deal, but hope you get it!
