I just received an "open box excellent" Macbook, which is supposed to look like new and include all accessories. The label on the box said "excellent", but there was a hand-written note saying that the charger and cable were missing. Sure enough when I opened the box they were indeed missing. Some a-hole clearly knew they were missing and shipped it anyway. Also the laptop is dirty and looks used. I'm am very angry because I wasted the 20% Paypal discount on this item.
Edit: The laptop also shows 12 battery cycles, which is probably about 100 hours of usage, so "open box" == used.
