Reviews seem good (average 4.5 star? but probably significantly altered). The most common complaint I saw was that it was a little firm. We desperately needed a couch and it was between getting something random off Wayfair and having to deal with them OR getting something from Costco and knowing that there is amazing return policy. We also bought a couch from Costco about 5+ years ago that looks like it'll last us another 2-3 years. I'll report back on Monday when we take delivery. This also stacks with the Costco Direct deal. I was thinking of grabbing the TCL 65" QM6k pro, but it doesn't seem like it's a big enough upgrade over what we currently have.

Following. Really on the fence about this. Let us know if it's comfortable as a couch for tv watching.

The costco direct stuff comes in and out of stock, keep an eye on it. I also have my eyes on the TCL TV which has been in and out.

Bought this myself, had an Aria (previous model) in my previous apartment (the only other sofa I've ever bought). This one is definitely firmer (even compared to Aria, which majority of the Costco reviews are probably for) and has a rougher texture, but I don't mind firm.

It's "firm" but people made it sound like it's a rock. It seems quite sturdy and would be easy to disassemble if we had to move. I didn't sink into it which is nice and I suspect as we break it in it'll be even more comfortable. I only sat on it for 2 minutes because I had to return to work. Will try it through the week and return.

Edit:
Watched TV for 30 minutes. No complaints. It's a beautiful and functional couch. For the price, I'm quite happy. Will return with more.

This was $999 in store a few months ago. Didn't want to go to Home Depot and rent a pickup at that price point.... so I waited until they clearanced it out... marked it to $800... but was snatched up as soon as the doors opened and I missed it... was bummed out at the time...

But in retrospect.... I am elated....

This deal is for only $100 more than the clearance price .... and includes delivery and set up. No rental pickup truck. No carrying up a flight of stairs. No disposal of cardboard boxes. Well worth it.
