For 3D printer newbies. You need NOTHING else from Bambu labs. You can buy way cheaper filaments from Aliexpress with the comparable quality. I would recommend getting a 10 pack multi-color filaments liket his deal which should cost you ~$6 per 1Kg.

My son had been begging us to get him a 3d printer. Went from $200 A1 mini from his own pocket to dad jumping in on this action 😅. Let the random printing begin

A couple recommended items for new 3D print users.

3D model burr cleanup tool set and hotend cleaner:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CS6MLCWK

Jewelers pliers set for cleaning up models and removing supports.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PZ58BWJ

Air tight (waterproof) sealed container drybox for filament storage:
https://www.menards.com/main/stor...-12667.htm

Rechargeable Eva-Dry Dessicant for drybox:

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Eva-D.../202847325

PETG is more durable than using PLA but also absorbs moisture more quickly. Most filaments recommend drying before printing. Once the filament is dry you can store filament in a drybox and you don't have to dry it again for the next printing.

So are we just gonna make a thread for everything that's discounted with the PayPal offer? I mean, that would be millions of items.

Not too expensive if you skip the combo.

Is there a search you can do in PayPal? Having a hard time finding it. Maybe it's just not available to me?

Looked like the deal is for Pay in 4, which is what I did (with CC). After purchase I received notification in the Paypal app that points (20%, 17k or so) are pending and available within 90 days.

Depends,
And the most important fact is that majority of Cards would not be able to be added to the Pay Later linked card.
You wont be able to link a credit card besides BofA or some Amex to Pay Later. Chase, Citi, Capital One, etc. BIN numbers are all blocked from being added to the 'payment' card for Pay Later.
Paypal only accepts Debit cards and very few credit cards.

You wont be able to add a chase payment card. Theyre all blocked but debit.

Dumb question but how do i "confirm" this. I linked my AMEX and did a purchase yesterday and on the website, it's coded as "Business Services - Internet Services" from "PAYPAL BNPL" with Method "Paid Online" and is still in pending. No additional fees has been added to my account.

Happened to me in AliExpress, don't know about bambu but I'm very hesitant. AliExpress won't take responsibility, nor will my cc company. PayPal hasn't responded yet

I might skip the combo and pickup the AMS2 at my local Microcenter.

I did happen to me on Aliexpress each purchase had cash advance associated with it.
I dont know if its Paypals issue or Aliexpress. Possibly Aliexpress but I am not going to rule out PayPal been burned by them way too many times before.

I agree that would be ridiculous, but I am having trouble finding what items qualify. Is it just any single purchase at any of the vendors listed on PayPal's cashback list, regardless of what percentage is listed there?
