For 3D printer newbies. You need NOTHING else from Bambu labs. You can buy way cheaper filaments from Aliexpress with the comparable quality. I would recommend getting a 10 pack multi-color filaments liket his deal which should cost you ~$6 per 1Kg.

PETG is more durable than using PLA but also absorbs moisture more quickly. Most filaments recommend drying before printing. Once the filament is dry you can store filament in a drybox and you don't have to dry it again for the next printing.

I just pulled the trigger and ordered with few filaments with total little over 1000 $'s after activating paypal 20% cashback, now I am wondering how can I double check if the 20% cashback is really applied, is there a way ?

Thanks OP. I am so glad I checked here first, I was going to pay full price, but now I'm paying less than MSRP after taxes, +2 hotends and 6 rolls of filament.

Now I can start hitting those AliExpress filament deals!

I'll also add that the points showed up in my confirmation email from Paypal showing I paid BambuLabs and also in the "Activity" section of my purchase on the PP website.

Not that I know of. It's cumulative. I enabled it in my Paypal app so it works at any retailer, online or brick and mortar that takes PayPal pay later

I don't know if any of you saw my debate with some dude using AI to write copy and paste books about whether this was going to be higher price on release. Well this proves I was right all along.

But I also should have waited for this deal! Such a good deal. It comes with the hardened nozzles so I wouldn't have had to buy those and with this paypal deal it makes it even better of a deal than getting the P1S on black Friday sale. Crazy! If you think about it, these guys are making a killing off of selling us rolls of plastic, lol.

I have a PayPal business account and I don't have the 20% off option. Does anyone else have paypal business account with the rewards?

@OP you may want to add that PayPal will show pending points after purchase. This will help quell fears of the discount working/not working.
