| Product Description: | Take it all on! The KitchenAid Bowl-Lift stand mixer -- with a generous 7-qt capacity -- is ready to beat, mix, knead, shred, and even fold its way through baking-filled holidays and year-round recipes with professional performance. The sturdy, three-point locking bowl and 11 speed options (including half speed for delicate ingredients) offer the power and control to cook for a crowd. This kitchen hero tackles large batches -- up to 13 dozen of your signature cookies -- and dense ingredients like 7.5 lbs of mashed potatoes and 8.5 lbs of bread. (Holiday cookie exchange and Thanksgiving sides, handled!).
Do more with your mixer. Shortbread, scones, or biscuits on your baking list? Use the pastry beater to cut cold butter into flour for the perfect dough (bonus: it can also shred cooked chicken like a champ!). Pie duty? Don't show up with store-bought when you can wow with the flakiest, most tender crusts, thanks to the dough hook doing the work. Someone say fresh whipped cream? Top off treats or creamy hot chocolate with a luscious, lighter-than-air topping thanks to the wire whisk handling the heavy lifting. The double Flex Edge beater scrapes the sides of the bowl, so no ingredient gets left behind (and you can skip the spatula scrape-down). Plus, there's no need to cover the bowl -- the handy pour shield and Soft Start speed mean those flour flurries are a thing of the past.
With KitchenAid's largest-capacity stand mixer, your culinary confidence is about to soar. From KitchenAid.
