I have bought this multiple times. It is ok. This is a good price. This has to be rehydrated then cooked for 20 minutes. Otherwise it is really crunchy. It does add a good flavor and I have some I just pulled out and plan to rehydrate and throw in with some rice to add flavor.

Makes great soups in an instant pot. I use whatever fresh vegetables I have on hand and then supplement it with the dried vegetables. Add a bag of beans and you have a filling dish

It's mainly potatoes. Keep that in mind. Great to spend your extra EBT money on since the government gives like 5x as much money as you actually need to sustain yourself every month. Thanks Taxpayers!
