These 9V rechargeable batteries are best suited to low drain devices like smoke detectors, TENS units, voltmeters, sprinkler controllers, and other occasional use gear. The low price makes repeated recharging cheaper than buying alkaline 9V batteries, and the lithium style packs are described as holding voltage better than NiMH. The main concerns are capacity and longevity, since the 200mAh rating is viewed as very small and some expect short runtime. Charging compatibility also needs checking, though standard 9V chargers may work with the built in cutoff.
people using a 9V rechargeable only occasionally (like a voltmeter you pull out once in a while) because commenters said it can be "perfect" for that kind of infrequent use.
owners of a TENS unit who want to recharge instead of buying disposable 9V alkaline batteries because one commenter said it works well for their TENS unit and that "a couple of charges beats expensive 9v alkaline batteries."
households replacing a 9V in a smoke detector where you want low-maintenance, long-interval replacement because a commenter said it's "perfect to put in my smoke detector and ignore for another decade."
people with an older programmable sprinkler controller that uses a 9V backup battery because commenters said it can be a fit for that specific backup-battery use case (even though they weren't sure about the brand).
buyers who need a 9V rechargeable to last reliably for months in a high-demand device because one commenter doubted it would last "probably won't last 2 months" and another said newer 9V NiMH "are trash" and only last about a year at best.
people expecting a true "9V" NiMH to behave like a full-capacity 9V battery because commenters warned that 9V NiMH batteries are too low-capacity and have too much self-discharge to be very useful.
people who need a 9V rechargeable to work in most "9V applications" that require the full 9V output because a commenter recalled NiMH 9V output as about 7.2V and said it's "total useless for most 9v application."
buyers who are sensitive to brand/listing reliability and returns because commenters reported getting the wrong item and then seeing the listing change so they "really can't return it for the correct one."

This, plus the voltage read off these batteries, will automatically show up at 80% (1.2/1,5v) once fully recharged. I'm done with NiMH. I've been purchasing Lithium batteries to replace my traditional ones. They read 1.5v from the start and retain nearly that until requiring a recharge.
