Less than $16 per TB for a Pro/Enterprise level NAS hdd is actually pretty good. Sure, if you're comparing it to drives like the Barracuda, which will fail in 2 years, it might sound like a bad deal, but you get much better quality, plus 5 year warranty AND 3 years data recovery services for that price.
