Not really a good deal for $/TB but that's a big sucker.

Less than $16 per TB for a Pro/Enterprise level NAS hdd is actually pretty good. Sure, if you're comparing it to drives like the Barracuda, which will fail in 2 years, it might sound like a bad deal, but you get much better quality, plus 5 year warranty AND 3 years data recovery services for that price.

There's also this Toshiba MG10f 22TB for $359. It's slightly more per terabyte, but less money out of pocket for still a huge drive.

I just bought 2x26 TB Red Pros for 450 each. Even though these IronWolf Pro drives are more TB for the same price and have the same warranty/MTBF, I am sticking with the WD drives mostly because of how many more failures I hear about Seagate drives (not to say WD drives don't fail, but I personally have 12 of them and not a single one has failed in the past 3 years of 24/7 use).
Edit: WD offers an extra year of warranty when you purchase from their official online store.
