So to be clear you did the pay later option.
I it offers me $20 to fill out the credit application taking it down to $199. Then after that I will get points = 20% back?
Then go back to ebay and it should appear (might have to refresh) after you say pay with paypal, you will get options. It the 4 payments, NOT paypal credit, which thought it was at first.
