The only design flaw to me is the two rubber lined plastic tabs that hold the tablet opens a little too much from play in the hinge, maybe a degree or two over the ideal 90 degrees. But their edges do curl up a bit to help hold the tablet besides the rubber lining and this helps make up for some but not all of this minor deficiency. It's very minor and most people probably won't even notice it.
