I got a different Walker Edison deal off amazon, so same brand but different website. It's fine construction, similar to Ikea in that it's clearly not real wood, but it seems to be higher quality particle board and veneer. I won't likely be handing it down to my kids in my will, but I won't be replacing it in the next ten or twenty years unless something drastic happens.

Walker Edison is a brand that's been around a minute. Iirc my old glass/metal computer desk was made by them. It was hard to find another that was as sturdy as it when looking recently (I left it behind because I left everything behind). I had a 55 inch monitor on that glass. Which is over the recommend weight for the majority of glass desks.

I think Walker Edison is primarily a Canadian company. I have bought furniture during the previous sales. Mostly on clearance. While they don't look top scale; they are of mid range quality. Some of the ones took a lot of work to assemble.

One point I have not able to understand is the different color have different quality. Sometimes I have seen a Caramel color will be around $500 and another one in let's say black of the same product will be around $140
