My only concern would be how is it refurbished? The battery cells have a life cycle count that gets diminished with use. If these are preused cells, then your buying less life of the product for the discount.

My only concern would be how is it refurbished? The battery cells have a life cycle count that gets diminished with use. If these are preused cells, then your buying less life of the product for the discount.

This is not a lifepo4 model, it tends to be cheap for its capacity. I would look at the current homepower 3000 or similar if it must be jackery, refurb + NMC battery is not worth it for me.

Lithium ion and 6 month warranty on refurb. No thanks. I've already had two prior jackery 1000 v1 units go bad within two years. They refused to service the units since they were out of warranty and said I would have to pay for out of warranty repairs. They did offer a trade in credit once I sent mine back since the v1 units were no longer being manufactured.

Also, not sure this would qualify for the 30% Federal Tax incentive since not new. Pretty sure the tax incentive is for new items only.
