Few things to share about Oura from my experience: It requires a monthly subscription, without which, the ring it totally useless ( just shows 3 scores with no details without subscription). The subscription itself is around $7, and data with subscription is good. Its fitness tracking is not that accurate, but sleep tracking is good. You have to take your ring off if you are doing strength training etc, as it gets in the way.
