I do not have personal experience with either, but from research they are pretty comparable, with RTings giving QM8K the slight edge. What makes you want to possibly hold out for a U8QG deal? Honestly curious. Thanks!

Bravia XR8B is an OLED TV, definitely better than QM8K; some will disagree but OLED is still the best in picture quality; If this TV is going in a bright room (OLED will not get bright enough if you dont have a light controlled environment) or if there are direct sunlight on the TV, Mini-LED (like the QM8K) is a better choice. If you dont have those constraints, OLED is still the best choice for sizes less than 83/85"" (if its affordable).
