You don't want Amazon resale SSDs. Many of them have been swapped out for inferior drives with obvious signs of tampering on them. Speaking from experience.

SSD/RAM prices are exploding right now, a $100 ram kit 3 weeks ago is $300.

From my experience, last time with this SSD deal I scored the 4TB 990pro for 188 bucks. The drive was almost new with only 10 minutes power on time according to Crystaldiskinfo.

I ordered two 9100 Pros and the security seal on the side had been tampered with. Both would not mountand one h ad a serial number that didn't match the box. Nothing like sweating a refund, they could easily just blame me for it.

Yeah there's stuff I definitely want to get but I'm at 50% return rate for anything used from Amazon. It's usually broken when it gets to me.

Nah, it's always worth the gamble and I've been buying resale for years. The majority have been slightly or very damaged boxes with brand new drives with 0 SMART values for cocaine-bottom prices. Other times have been used to kinda pretty used. On rare occasions I got a "bait and switch" drive (like one of the 4TB Evos I got recently where someone sent a 1TB QVO with a 4TB sticker lmfao). Returns are simple if I end up getting a fake or too-used-for-my-likning drive.

You're right about the rising flash costs tho, almost forgot to factor that into this round of "sales". Still all bs imo.

Great sale, picked up iPad mini 7 for $268, Apple Pencil pro for $53, Apple folio $48(eh), Nintendo switch console only $311, mario kart world $48, HITMAN world $36, and MacBook Air m4 $519. And plus signed up for prime card visa for the $250 gift card. All my shopping is done now
