I have both and prefer the Osmo 360 for the picture quality and frictionless Osmo Audio. With X5 I have to attach mounts, and their mic solution is proprietary.

As for the user replaceable lens, I just added insurance with my purchase for Osmo. The user replaceable lens comes at a cost to picture quality.If I had to user an analogy,Osmo 360 - iPhone (more natural)Insta360 - Samsung (more processed)in terms of how the picture looks

there youtube videos that talk about how DJI refresh doesn't even work for the 360. Dji is unable to repair scratched lenses in the usa
