you can get direct from Dell with 10% off coupon that will bring it down to $171 brand new and if you have the PayPal offer for 20% off to pay it in 4 payments it brings it even down for the brand new monitor to $137. YMMV

It's not a coupon.

At a retailer, when you go to pay, choose PayPal. It'll route you to PayPal and show you different payment options. Choose the pay it in 4 payments option.

Once the order goes through, you should see the pending points in your Paypal.
