Already replaced two of these under warranty due to battery failure. Pretty well documented if you do a quick search. Buyer beware.

If anyone is on the fence about these, I would only get them if you don't already have a smart watch. The capabilities of the Samsung ring are incredibly limited and the only thing they can do with your actual phone is taking photos/turning off alarms if you double pinch with your thumb and whatever finger the ring is on. But even if you don't already have a smart watch for things like sleep tracking, step counts, HR monitor, etc, I'd recommend the ultrahuman ring over this. This is also a bitch to find if you ever lose them as the only tracking capabilities these have is a tiny little green light that will shine when you activate the search feature. For some reason despite being a billion dollar company, Samsung doesn't have the capability to put useful tracking abilities into this ring.

If anyone is on the fence about these, I would only get them if you don't already have a smart watch. The capabilities of the Samsung ring are incredibly limited and the only thing they can do with your actual phone is taking photos/turning off alarms if you double pinch with your thumb and whatever finger the ring is on. But even if you don't already have a smart watch for things like sleep tracking, step counts, HR monitor, etc, I'd recommend the ultrahuman ring over this. Dunno what you're on about, I've had it for 6 months and it tracks HR, steps (a little off sometimes), sleep tracking fine. Battery lasts me 5+ days. Some tracking improved after a recent update so maybe it was that

Recommending the ultrahuman is all you need to know about this post not to trust it. I went through 3 of those in 3 months.

I just purchased the Samsung ring and do not have a Samsung Watch. I only have the Samsung Z Fold 5 phone. I have bought 3 different smart watches through the years and quit wearing all of them. I am into fitness, so maybe I will find this accessory useful.

I also bought an $86 open-box size 7 ring. Sizes 8 and up were $148 and higher for open-box. One small benefit to small hands. The extended holiday return period (Jan. 15) was a factor in my purchase.

I bought one in June and it's been perfectly fine. Maybe a little redundant with a watch, but I rather wear the ring at night to track my sleep than the watch. I only got it with excess FSA funds or else I wouldn't have bothered.

Got one for 87 in 7 it is small but i want to try just to see if i like it even on pinkie lol, had $5 expiring promo certificate too. Any other rings to consider? Especially for iPhone as I would have to get a samsung phone to test this with and use eventually but I much rather not if possible.
