The ASUS Dual Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB is a compact PCIe 5.0 card that looks strongest as a value upgrade for midrange builds, especially with its 16GB of VRAM and full x16 connection. The 2 fan design is only 202mm long, so it should fit in smaller cases, and the price sits just under MSRP. Performance chatter puts it around 35 percent ahead of a GTX 2070 Super and slightly ahead of a 6700 XT, though the 5060 Ti is often cited as a bit faster. The main knocks are the modest discount, only three display outputs, and some concern about ASUS warranty support.
The RX 9060 XT is described as a strong step up from older RTX 2070 Super performance levels.
The card supports a full PCIe x16 connection for getting the most from the GPU interface.
The RX 9060 XT is described as a clean 2-fan design with a 202mm length that should fit in smaller USFF builds.
The RX 9060 XT is reported to work in very small 7L ITX builds when paired with Bazzite.
The deal is criticized because the card has only three output ports.
The RX 9060 XT upgrade is considered not worth the $340 plus tax versus a 3070 8GB for some gaming preferences.
The RX 9060 XT is described as only about 5% slower than the RX 5060 Ti, which can reduce the value of choosing between them.
RMA experiences are flagged as a concern with ASUS, which can matter if the card needs service.

looked at video comparisons to the 16gb 9060 xt, not worth the $340+tax as an upgrade.
Sure if you go 2160p + ultra settings, the 9060 stomps on the 3070, but going from 30fps avg to 50fps isn't playable IMHO
I'll just stick with what I got for now... maybe next spring build a new system
