It wouldn't matter one lick if this card uses PCIe 4.0 or PCIe 5.0, but the price is good!

I might just do this. Was holding out to see if the 5070 would drop below $479.99, but this is a crazy deal. Would be a huge upgrade from my 2070Super card 👀

FYI - This is going to be $450 @Newegg in their daily Black Friday doorbuster tomorrow morning at 9AM: GIGABYTE Eagle GeForce RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 PCI Express 5.0 ATX Graphics Card GV-N5070EAGLE OC-12GD https://www.newegg.com/gigabyte-g...14-932-776

The 5070 wouldve been a "huge" upgrade from your 2070 super. 9060xt is about 35% faster, but the 5070 is around 50% faster although it only has 12GB VRAM. 9060xt is closer to the 5060Ti.

A lick below MSRP. Not the most amazing price, but a good price. This is a clean 2-fan card, 202mm long, should fit even in more constrained true uSFF cases.

The 5070 is about twice as fast as a 4060 (even faster at 1440p), and a 4060 is a little faster than a 2070S, so I'd say a $450 5070 is definitely worth the additional $110.

I'm using similar card to run Bazzite. This would fit in a 7L itx case from Aliexpress.

I got a 3070 8gb

looked at video comparisons to the 16gb 9060 xt, not worth the $340+tax as an upgrade.

Sure if you go 2160p + ultra settings, the 9060 stomps on the 3070, but going from 30fps avg to 50fps isn't playable IMHO

I'll just stick with what I got for now... maybe next spring build a new system
