I can't speak from experience, but Blu-Ray.com gives this disk a pretty mediocre review.

4.8 for audio and 4.2 for upscaled 4k seems pretty good to me

I have this disc and I would consider this to have very good audio. Sometimes the reviews are picky in areas no human can perceive on a regular audio system. I have a "good" setup, to some meh, to others WTF this is amazing. When the MUTO breaks out of its cocoon and fires the EMP, damn the whole house feels it. Sure some of Godzilla's "thunderous" footsteps should hit harder, but for some reason they never do. Come on Hollywood give us some real power in the sound department.
