It only come with one standard PCIe cable for a graphics card. My AMD graphics card requires two.

This comes with the cables for up to 3x 8-pin PCIe ("standard" PCIe).

It comes with a 12v-2x6 (PSU side connector is colored yellow) to dual standard 6+2 PCIe (GPU side) adapter cable to add 2 more 6+2 PCIe connectors.

This is a very good power supply. It is A rated in the SPL list, as mentioned by the OP. It's not the most efficient, but is otherwise high end. Here is a detailed review:

Not sure the rebate is valid at retailers other than Newegg. The form linked at Newegg specifically says purchase at newegg.com.
