For Walmart, can I use the Walmart Cash for anything sold at Walmart or is it just towards the purchase of the Oura Ring 4?

I doubt Wm would create a separate cash account for that but you never know. The offer is also on Ibotta with a limit of 2

You'll still be able to use it for anything I'm sure. Walmart cash is Walmart cash so I doubt they'll restrict it to the purchase of the ring although they make it sound like that.

Should be able to, I've used this promo multiple time to just convert rewards to tack on value to fit within a dolor amount needed for a different promo

Walmart charges tax on the ring sizer, target did not. I used a target GC to purchase it and will get $10 target GC back, so net zero for me!

I will probably end up buying the oura ring too

I have the sizing kit for the Oura 3. If you are wondering, the sizes are just a tad bit different. Old size 9 would be a new size 10 according to this post I found on reddit.
