I have their EK9 and it is the fastest e-bike I've ever owned. Very good build quality, I like this company other than the poorly written owners manual.

Holy cow. That bike scares me just looking at it. I'd be terrified going full speed on that. I have the Amyet S8 and I get antsy going full speed on it.

I want a bike like this size but fast like your ek9
If looking for reviews on the company, it can be a bit confusing:
The ebike company is based in China, has an outlook.com customer service email address, and is at the website cbvelo.com . That domain name was registered on 2024-05-11, a little over a year ago.
Where it gets confusing is that they seem to have copied the name and are using a similar logo font as a bike parts seller in France with the same company name at cybervelo.com . That domain was registered on 2005-06-15, over twenty years ago.
Judging from a few Reddit comments, it seems that the ebike company (cbvelo.com) customer service is often unresponsive to emails, but they seem to like the bike.
Also note that Cbvelo.com sells the ebike for $700, and there have been some reports of non-CBvelo sellers on Amazon offering it for half-price and then sending fake tracking numbers. Just keep an eye on it and check the validity of the tracking.
This company may be legit, but they said they supposedly shipped mine and provided a tracking number. What I actually received was a 3" screwdriver. Guess they were telling me to screw something. Stay away.

You got screwed.
