I got the 28" 2 weeks ago. It's ok for the price. I can see why people say the wheels, handle, zipper can break. It's not super sturdy but at the same time not totally cheap feeling. As long as it's not shot put a long distance it should be good. I bought a strap to go around it so it doesn't open up, knock on wood.
