I bought this a little over a week ago. Not bad for gaming at 1080p at all. The cpu hovers around 80C and gpu 70C playing black ops 7 multiplayer 100-120 fps with right graphic settings and dlss balanced. However i was getting crazy packet burst and stuttering playing on wifi, ethernet no problem. I ended up disabling 2.4gz band and messing with the power setting for network adapter and have reduced the packet burst significantly on wifi. It was borderline unplayable on wifi

The deal cycle on old equipment is moving slower than usual. This stuff should be like $200 or $300 by now.

Hell yeah, I mean computers should be free by now. As a matter of fact, why don't they pay us $200 or $300 to take this ANCIENT GARBAGE off their hands? It's obviously so underpowered and outdated and can't even display a gif of a flying toaster without catching on fire.
Disregard these people. This is a good laptop for the price. If you don't think it's priced fairly, then wait for Trump to reduce the tariffs he made us pay in the first place before buying more electronics.

You're correct, they should pay us for collecting all the user data and selling to their partners Big Grin

Just picked up at my local bestbuy. Pretty solid laptop, i picked this over the ASUS tuff from walmart because bestbuy via paypal offered 4 pay plan and the 20% point rebate made this a deal. Walmart dont allow the 4 pay.

Honestly, this thing has pretty solid stats and backlight on the keys. I got a similar TUF for the same price point and I'm happy. I'm not a hardcore gamer but NMS is beautiful....
